Vic had a wristwatch, it is like some kind of system that makes you grow stronger. It really did help Vic, he avenge the deaths of his friends and loved ones. His last mission was to go into the vampire world and find out what happened to the person that gave him his wristwatch. Later on, the person seemed to be the very ticket to his succession.
"I need to touch that guy, I think he's strong, I would be able to transform into his form... Huh? What kind of beast is this?? A...a.....a....a DRAGON!!."
