"mama, pinatawag mo raw ako? " i asked my mama when I got in on her office.
"Yes, anak. take a seat first. " she said while pointing at the chair infront of her table. I immediately sat down.
"why, mama? "
" me and your father will be out of the country tomorrow. do you want to come with us? " she asked.
I'm surprised when she asked me if I want to come with them. like, wow! it's the first time for me when she asked me that!
But i don't want to go out of the country so I'll stay here. bruh, I'm super lazy when it comes to travelling. i hate it. Especially the traffic. although they'll ride a plane, I still don't want to come with them.
"No, mama. thanks. " I said.
"oh... okay. don't worry, you have someone to be with when we're not around. " I was about to Stand up and ask to go out when she said it.
"who, mama? " I asked her out of curiosity.
"The son of your father's friend. " She said and it made me surprise for the second time. Wow! this day is full of 'First time'
Before kasi, When mama and papa are not around, they will just ask manang flor to look after me, but now I will have someone to be with.
"okay, mama" I said and finally go our of her office.
I wonder, would I be close to that person they are referring about. Hindi naman kasi ako friendly and parang naka kulong lang ako sa bahay kapag walang work. Bruh, I'm already 25years old, yet they won't allow me to go somewhere when I'm not with my body guards. Eto ang mahirap pag ang family mo ay nasa business world. hindi ka makakapag gala nang basta basta. Sometimes, I just wish that I was born into a normal family.
"Naku, Selene, Kanina pa kita hinihintay. kakain na kayo. Tatawagin ko lang ang Mamà at Papà mo" Manang Teresita said.
manang Terisita and Manang Flor are our house maid since my mamà and papà got married.
"No, manang. ako na po" I said and politely smiled at her.
"o siya sige, ihahanda lang namin ang pagkain n'yo ha" manang Terisita said and I nodded.
We sat on the 8 chaired table. Papà sat on the edge of the table while mamà is in his right side. I'm on the left side of papà. On my left side Is ate Asteria and on his front Is kuya Helios.
"I heard na mag a-out of the country raw kayo tomorrow, ma? " Kuya Helios Striked a conversation. nakaka ilang kasi kapag tahimik.
"yes, anak. I invited Selene but she refused. " mamà said and pouted. damn even mamà is in her early 60 she still looks cute and gorgeous. No wonder why dad fell inlove with him.
"HAHA, you're so cute, my wife. " We laugh when father told it. damn this couple are so sweet despite of their age.
"why, lil sis? " I frowned on the way kuya Ois called me. I'm not a kid anymore!
They all laugh when they saw may annoyed face. Damn, what's funny?!
"I guess she want's to cuddle with her bed all day. hmm, was that right, Dear? " papa said and they all laugh so hard. i don't even know what's funny about it. I'm annoyed. But even when I'm annoyed with them when they were pissing me of. I still want this bond with them.
Our dinner went well. we laugh, chichat and talk whatever topics they'll open. I'm so thankful for having them in my life.
"Anak, aalis na kami ha" Nagising ako sa pag katok ni mama sa kwarto ko. I immediately stood up when i heard what she said.
I opened the door, Ang napaka gandang mukha ng aking ina ang bumungad saakin. chour, napaka ganda daw. mang hihingi lang naman ako ng pero 'no. I smirked at my mind with that thought. ofcourse it was just a joke. I have my own money naman since I'm 2 years licensed civil engineer, naka pag ipon naman na din ako.
"mamà, papà," I said and hugged them. "take care mamà, papà. " I said and slightly bow down as a sign of respect. It's been my hobby since I'm just a kid.
"grazie figlia mia, abbi cura di te" papà said. My papà is an Italian and my mamà is spanish. They met in the Philippines while my mamà is studying and papa come along with his parents for their business trip.
I nodded and smiled at them.
"By the way, Hija, dear, The Man I've been referring to you last night is in the sala na. You two will decide where do you want to go" Mamà said that made me surprised.
"okay, Mamà. I'll just take a bath. " I politely said then smiled.
"okay, hija. We'll go now. " mamà said and gave me a hug before turning towards staircase.
I took my bath and changed into a comfortable Shirt and my usual fitted jeans.
While walking down through the grand staircase , napa isip ako. pwede namang si Kuya Helios nalang ang sasama saakin eh. pwede naman akong sumama sa company. Pwede din naman si Ate Ria, Babantayan ko siya lalo na ngayong malapit na siyang manganak. Pero wala na akong magagawa. tapos na. Napa irap ako sa isipan ko dahil doon.
nang malapit na ako sa baba, I looked at the sala to see the guy who will be with me.
I froze when i saw the familiar back of the man who's sitting comfortably on our sofa. Hi's really familiar. But i just ignored my thoughts. I walked until I reached the place where I can see his face clearly.
My jaw dropped at the sight of him. The man who hurt me 5 years ago is here and sitting comfortably at our sofa. Looks like he's not affected, while I'm experiencing difficulty in breathing because of his presence infront of me. And worse is He is the guy who will be with me. I wonder if I can handle this.
