After a moment she gave a beautiful smile and woke up the from her soft bed and remember dream which we dream at morning will come true my granny used to say hope it will come true soon 'and gone to fresh her up after a long shower she came back and done some makeup but she is actually look more beautiful and cute without makeup she had her breakfast in hurry ,because her life is always busy like this being a doctor she has to be hardworking, brave ,confident ,,when she reached hospital she has an appointment with some patients . And after that she went to a nearby Cafe and ordered a coffee and got lost in her imagination she is imagination that joon and Karine were dating at a beautiful beach and she suddenly got a sight at road she saw a man was laying on the road in worse condition it seems like a hit and run case ,and she left her coffee and went there to help that person and some of the people came to help and she gave him some emergency treatment and called the ambulance as soon as possible when ambulance reached he already lost his consciousness and she keep trying to wake him up and told him not to close his eyes ,she tried her best in operation room and finally succeeded to save his life in hurry she forgot about the formality and she immediately called police and inform his parents ,and she goes for a check up round after her rounds she came back the patient, s parents were waiting for her and they were very thankful to her and she gave them the information about his health and told his parents to take some rest and come again when he regains consciousness,they agree and went home with heavy heart and told her that his older brother will come to take care of him, after 2 hours a tall muscular man wearing a mask and well dressed approach her ""hello doctor I'm his brother I'm really thankful for your help he said,,
