PHINMA COC - MORNING
Someone is calling Princess on her phone and the details showing are calling from an unknown number. She was not able to answer it as she was busy writing notes on her last class under a very strict Environmental Science Instructor.
As she reached her phone and see that there are calls that were missed coming from the same unknown number, She then replied with curiosity of "who are you?"
And he replied right away, "This is Patrick, Jeff would like to treat us pizza, maybe you can come?"
"Since I don't have class anymore, hmmm - why not? I am on my sophomore and I never had the chance to enjoy going out, maybe this time I can?", as she firmly thought.
So she replied right away with "sure, I'll be there" and found out that her load just got expired.
The text went to failed.
And thought "maybe I was not meant to have fun yet".
Then she saw that he is calling her,
"Are you going with us?"
With a smile on her face,
she said "yes".
LIMKETKAI MALL/GREENWICH - NOON
Princess went to Limketkai Mall and headed right away to Greenwich at exactly 12nn, the place is crowded as it is lunch time and she's having a hard time seeing the boys on how to introduce herself and the reason why she's there 'cause part of her is also shy of the idea that she went with them but she thought, "It took the effort for me to go here and i wasn't able to eat anything yet and it's 12 now".
Then Patrick saw her and he introduced her to his friends.
"Hi guys this is Princess, a friend of mine", he said nervously as he was expecting to be teased by his friends.
He was actually teased by his friends and cunningly smiling to each other.
"Princess here, nice to meet you all", she said awkwardly.
Patrick then introduced his friends to her.
"This is Jeff", who's beside with him, he's petite, emo - into blacks, stand up and shake her hand.
"So this is Charles", tapping the back to a cute-silent-type, who's trying to smile.
"While that is Benj", pointing to a skinny, spongebubbly-cute-teeth while he wears that smile "Call me Bench Body", as how Benj wants to call himself and everyone laugh.
"and that's Tristan", pointing to the tallest of all and the weird one smiling.
She smiled again, She was able to gain new friends because of Patrick, It's been a long time that she laugh. He handed her a tissue so she can wipe her face. There's a tad of ketchup on her right cheek.
She was smiling and wishing that the day would never end. Others bid their goodbyes.
"Thank you for the treat Jeff", She said smiling.
"Any time", said by Jeff
On the other hand Princess doesn't want to go home yet as she enjoyed the moment earlier and want to feel more of it since she have been sad for a long time.
She then asked Patrick to have dinner with him and eat Siomai sa Tisa later at 6pm.
"you like siomai?", asked by her
"I never tasted it yet", answered by him
"How come you never tasted it? It's everyone's favorite, my favorite and that's siomai you know. You have to atleast try it. It's really delicious, I'll treat you. ", she said who's shock of what she heard.
"sure", he said.
SIOMAI SA TISA - NIGHT
They entered into a small space - four cornered room, where you can smell the aroma of the siomai, pancit canton and full of people enjoying the moment with their friends and family.
Princess is looking for a table good for two and saw that there's an empty seat in a narrowed corner at the back, then she grab Patrick's hand to take him over to the table.
"perfect spot, let's go here, come on", she said while pulling him to the table.
As they were sitting on a bulky brown chair with Patrick facing Princess they started the conversation lightly and they get to enjoy the moments they had for each other.
The siomai that they ordered was already put on the table and Patrick handed her the tissue, toothpick and he also cut the rice into half for her.
"gentleman", she said and about to laugh.
"Let's eat", he said.
"You eat first, I wanna see your very first try of eating this siomai, you will taste heaven", she said proudly.
Patrick took the first bite and he actually love the siomai and enjoying every piece of it.
"This is really yummy!", he said.
"Of course, you missed half of your life, good thing I'm here", she said proudly.
They enjoyed each other's company, Patrick was a shy yet sweet person while Princess on the other hand is a very talkative that somehow they get along since they talked a lot of things.
Until the cashier called them out that they'll be close at 5pm as they are the only customers left.
"I guess we enjoyed each other so well that we tend to forget the time", he laughed.
"yeah, i used to go here before with a friend, close to my heart but she's been so busy lately or I guess she's busy avoiding me", she said with a sad face.
"Or maybe she's just busy", He said.
"I can be your siomai-buddy anytime", he added.
With what he said that made her left smiling. Taking the blues away and assuring her that he is there with her.
"Can we please also catch the sunset, let's go to duaw?", she asked smiling.
"Where exactly is duaw?", he asked.
"Okay, it's settled then, we need to go. There's a lot of places/things you don't know", she said.
"Maybe it'll close soon and we might not be able to go out somehow", he said worrying.
"Nope, it will close at exactly 9-10pm", she assured.
They finished their food and went to Duaw Park.
As they continue the night, they have enjoyed the stars above and the cold breeze air.
And while they were walking on a street about to cross on the other road, Patrick slowly reach her hand and hold it and place it to his heart and sternly look at Princess asking this question,
"Princess? Can I be your lover just for this night?", asked by patrick shakingly and awkwardly.
Moments of silence as no one dares to speak.
How would Princess react?
