My name is Shashin, I came from one of the African countries Kenya, I was lucky to be among the one to get sponsorship to study abroad, this to me was a dream come true since I didn't want to spend all my days in Africa. My parents were supportive and didn't find any problem with me going to the new country. My flight went perfect and I reached the country safety, it was a big a beautiful country. Without wasting time, I went directly to school for my admission, thankful or maybe my luck it was quickly done than expected, I was to stay at the hostel, and I was directed to one. The hostel's rooms were to be accommodated by two students so I expected a room mate, I could only hope that my roommate is a good person, not someone who will bring different kinds of people in our room like I see in movies, that's was my only hope and prayer as I wait for her. I stayed for two days, bored and doing nothing waiting for the admission process to end. And then a door knock, I'm sure that was my roommate, so I quickly left to open the door,
"Hello," the pretty girl greeted,
"Hello,"
" I was told that this is where I will be staying,"
"Oh, wow, sorry come in please,"
"Thank you,"
She was very beautiful, and looked kind too, I was only hoping that her behavior is also as kind as she looked, no doubt, we will make the best roommates ever.
After arranging her things she decided to officially introduce herself ,
"Hello again, I'm Leah Hummilton, I'm taking environmental resources, and I'm your roommate,"
I smiled after hearing her she sounded sweet,
" Hello too, I'm Shashin, Shashin Miracle and I'm also your roommate,"
"Wow nice to meet you, are you from around?"
"Not really I'm from Kenya,"
"Wow that's great, I'm happy to have you as a roommate and also maybe soon as a friend, and we can talk more about each other, if it's fine with you,"
"Well of cause why not, I'll be happy to tell you about my culture then you can tell me about your culture,"
"Yea, so what should we have for lunch?"
"There's a restaurant down here we can eat there, I've heard there food, yesterday and it was sweet,"
" Great, it on me today if you allow it,"
"Why not,"
We left to have lunch, for that was enough conversation to keep us hungry, I had already loved her on our first day, on our first meeting, she seemed friendly and seemed we will be getting on well.
