Alarm beep loudly,i turned myself to the other side of the bed hoping that the sound goes off quickly,it beeps more loudly this time around and I grudgingly get up,I look at the time it's 7:57am....oh shit,I have a class by 8am,I'm so dead,I hurriedly brush my teeth and wash my face and run all the way to the shuttle park.
Oh I haven't introduced myself......I'm sorry I will later but as you can see I'm running late,this is my first day in campus after a long time since the university was on strike and I'm coming late,My God I'm going to be the centre of attraction,tell me what I'm I gonna do.
I'm at the shuttle park and there's no empty shuttle,all filled with different students,it means I either wait till they return from dropping other students or I run to school, either ways I won't get there before the class starts.

I picked the option of waiting since I won't get there on time just by running,so let me introduce myself,my name is Hope.Hope Collins,Hope as in the Hope in the trio Faith, Charity and Hope in the Bible.... yeah that's my name.But you can call me Esperanza, please call me Esperanza,it's the Spanish word for Hope and I feel it fits my personality so well.
I'm 17 years old but I will be 18 in 7 months from now.
I'm a second year student studying Physiology,you know I always wanted to be a Physiotherapist so I mistook Physiology for it while applying so here we are.
I have 5 siblings, I'm the oldest of all which means they all look up to me,I am the perfect child in family and the example in my community, which means I am not allowed to make a mistake because people are watching my footsteps.
Enough about me for now.

Pim pim pim ," Esperanza turned,it was the car horn blaring,it means the shuttles had returned.
If you're going inside the campus, please go in now," the shuttle driver shouted.
Esperanza stood up from the shade she was sitting and got in the shuttle.It took another 15 minutes for it to get filled.
It's time to alight," the driver said
I reached out for my purse to get my tfare.
I'll pay," A voice said. I turned around and saw a guy smiling at me, he repeated it, I said I'll pay"
