Part 0
"Welcome players, I've summoned you to play the games I made."
A huge faceless being suddenly appeared in the sky, welcoming the people that are gathered inside an arena.
Some people were trembling while looking at the unknown being, thinking that it looks fearsome.
"Every problem here must be solved by playing games. Wealth, power, and prestige can be acquired through games."
After a short introduction, the unknown being began to explain the rules.
The games have finally started

Part 1: That Rainy Night
Ash Dewy Liam is an excellent gamer from his hometown. While he was walking in the streets, he couldn't help smiling after winning five times in a row in a FPS
First Person Shooter
game.
He bought some chocolate cake from the rewards he earned to give to his little sister. He couldn't wait to see his sister's smile from the cake that he brought.
After he arrived at his house, his sister suddenly jumped at him and hugged him very tightly.
"Welcome back Ash!"
"I'm home Lily"
They giggled and kissed each other's cheeks.
"Hey Lily, I brought you something nice"
"Is that a chocolate cake?! Oh my god thank you so much! You're the best brother ever!"
He gave the cake to Lily, then she put the box on a table, and hugged him again and said thanks endlessly.
Ash's parents died in an airplane accident three years ago. Only he and his little sister are the only members left in their family. He almost gave up on everything and planned to take his life, but he still chose to stay with his sister and raise her all by himself.
When night came, a sudden rain covered the sky. The rain looked like crystals falling from the heavens.
"Hey Lily, look at the rain. It looks like crystals falling from the heavens."
"Wow! So pretty! Your hair is as shiny as a diamond, Ash."
Lily glanced at her brother for a moment then returned to looked outside the window of their house while genuinely praising her brother's hair.
"Really? It's just plain white hair, it can never shine, not even once."
Ash chuckled a little bit and suddenly stopped smiling.
His sister noticed her brother's sadness at that moment and gently embraced him from the back.
"Look it's shining! It's shining!"
Lily grabbed a flashlight from her brother's pocket, turned the switch on, and then pointed at his hair.
"You're just messing with me. Silly girl, I'm gonna punish you now!"
Ash grabbed his sister and tickled her sides. She couldn't stop bursting out of laughter. That night was filled with laughter.

When the sun rises, the warm morning of Monday came. It's time to work and go to school. They can hear the unending crows of a rooster
cuck-a-doodle-doo
, waking up the citizens of the town.
Lily yawned then talked to her brother.
"Ash... where did you put the toothpaste?"
She said while rubbing her eyes. She was still sleepy because they slept late last night
"Oh, I already threw that toothpaste yesterday. There's a new toothpaste in my bag, go get it okay?"
"Okay..."
Ash was washing their dishes from yesterday night, and after her sister got the toothpaste, she slowly walked toward the bathroom.
After his sister dressed up and got ready for school, Ash walked his sister to the school. He immediately left after dropping off his sister and went to the computer shop that he worked in.
His job is to do a walkthrough of other people's games which earns him a decent amount of money. Sometimes he even joins some local game competition to earn prize money.
Ash is a really good gamer; he has lived his whole life playing games.
There's one famous game that Ash always played. With over 50 million players. it's called God's Games, where every type of game imaginable is put in one application. FPS games, RPG games, strategy games, you name it, they have it.
Suddenly, Ash's friend named Ian suddenly appeared in the computer shop. He looked around for a moment then went directly towards Ash.
"Ash! Have you already seen the limited time event?"
"What event? Is there an event right now or there's an announcement of an upcoming event?"
"There's an event right now! It was just too sudden, it's only a one-day event though. But if you finish this event, some said there will be a great prize on completion!"
"Really? Let me check it. Oh, it is true, but why there's no announcement before this event was released?"
"I don't know. Maybe there's a system error going on. But forget it, it's still better to do the event before the admins fix it."
"Ah... okay. Good luck clearing that event"
"Oh no. Please clear this event right now, Ash! I wanna see what the prize is, please! Please!"
Ian grabbed Ash's shirt and kept begging him to participate in event.
"Okay, fine! You're too persistent. What is your password again?"
"Ahem... can you just please use your own account? I'm afraid my account will get banned. You can easily level up and rank up your account though, even if it's banned. Why? You're the most amazing player in this town you know, hehe"
Ash looked at Ian's face with a disappointed face.
"Okay fine, but pay me first before I play this event"
"How much?"
"$100"
"What?! That's too much"
"Do you think leveling up and ranking up is that easy if my account gets banned?"
"Okay fine, here"
Ian gave Ash a hundred dollars.
Ash read all the quest in the event today and his eyes slowly got bigger after he read all the requirements of the quest.
"W-what t-the, what is this? Is this some kind of joke?"
"Wait why? Is it that hard?"
"It's too easy! We just need to win every single game in God's Games"
"But can you do it in one day though? There are 200 types of games within the game you know? Can you win all of that?"
"Who do you think you're talking to? I almost did this for almost every single day"
"Oh. Okay then"
"Wow! Millions of players already finished this event, now I'm motivated to see what the prize is"
Ash proceeded with the one-day event and started playing every game of God's Games.
After six hours of playing, Ash finally finished all the games, and won all of it.
"Whoa, that was tough. Some players I played with right now are really good but I still won though"
"Hurry up and click the claim button! Hurry before they fix this bug!"
"Okay, okay. Chill dude, I'm gonna claim this now and see what the prizes are."
Ash claimed the quest, then the monitor flashed white and slowly came back to normal.
Quest window: CONGRATULATIONS! YOU RECEIVED A GOLD TICKET!
"That's it? I thought you will receive a super rare item or something"
"I know right? And what is the use of this Gold Ticket? I'm gonna read the flavor text to know the use of this item"
Ticket Description: You will be summoned here in God's Games to play all games programmed in this game.
"What is this? This was the introduction of the game after the first log in"
"What a shame, just delete that item, i bet those players who received that also deleted that item"
"Yeah, I'm going to delete this"
Cannot be deleted.
"Wait what? I can't delete this one?! Argh! What a waste of inventory."
Ash said while facepalming in a disappointing manner.
"I think I should go now; my sister will be out in 4:00 pm. And she's waiting for me at the school gate right now"
"Oh, okay bye, be careful on your way okay?"
*
When Ash and his sister got home safely, both of them did their own chores. Ash was the one who's cleaning the house, throwing the garbage, and everything that needs physical labor, while Lily did all the cooking and washing of the dishes.
Rain poured again this night, but it feels different from last night, it feels like somethings coming up.
Lily turned on the TV.
"Breaking news, lots of people suddenly disappeared tonight. Some said before they disappeared, they were glowing like a white light and disappeared to nowhere. The estimated numbers of the missing people are almost a million, and still counting"
Suddenly, Lily got anxious without knowing why she is.
"I'm scared, Ash"
"Don't be scared silly, that news reporter was just joking okay?"
Lily hugged Ash tightly, as if she didn't want to let him go. But suddenly Ash started glowing like a light bulb.
"Lily! What is happening to me? Lily please help m-"
And Ash was gone.
