"I'm having a eerie feelings like something weird is going to happen to us today" Ethan said as he walked down the staircase.
"Arden?" He called out when he noticed his PA did not reply him.
He glanced at Arden's face as he got to the end of the stairs and asked "Why is this happening to me? Isn't it yet bad enough that I have been repeatedly tormented by some inexplicable nightmares with the face of a strange girl appearing to me in my dreams every time?" He expressed.
His words sounded too much like a complain than a question and Arden was trying to find the best words to calm his boss down.
"What can you say is happening to me, Arden?" He asked while casting a stilled long look at Arden Scott, his personal assistant, as both of them ambled out of their exquisite mansion that glimmered in sunface oil white with a touch of ash across the spacious courtyard paved with marvelously shining black marbles towards the car port, all dressed up for the day.
This time Arden knew he had to say something so he cleared his throat and said "I don't think that's anything to worry about, sir" He assured.
"I think you are giving too many thoughts to the nightmares.... What's happening to you is just a figment of your mind. It's the effect of your imaginations, sir" He said trying explain in his best words as his boss stared him reading his lips.
"Take your mind off the weird dreams and you will be perfectly fine" Arden Scott replied with an assurance that there's nothing harmful coming to his boss.
"Okay... If you think so and assure me that this reoccurring premonition that I'm having this morning isn't a sign of something to worry about then I'm fine with your opinion" Ethan replied.
"Yes, boss... It's nothing to worry about" Arden remarked.
One thing he loved about his boss was the way he seeks and appreciates others opinion.
It knew it was a rare trait of billionaire especially multi-billionaires who feel like the world revolves around them.
"That's fine" Ethan said as they walked on.
The gentle rays of the young sun reflected beautifully on the marbled floor as it does on the face of a mirror. The sky over them was bright and showy, underlined by blue scales that appeared to be moving northward.
Houston and Peter were already waiting beside the glittering posh Bentley sedan car for Ethan and Arden to join them. Houston opened the right back door of the car wide as Ethan and Arden approached.
Reaching the car port, Ethan and Arden entered the car first, Arden to the driver's seat, and Ethan to the owner's seat at the right back side.
Houston and Peter both got into the black Range Rover and followed as Arden steered the seemingly soundless car gently out of the beautifully designed courtyard of the massive glimmering mansion onto the smoothly paved boulevard in the central part of Manhattan city and headed south.
Despite Arden Scott's consoling assurances that his strange feelings were nothing to worry about, anxiety sat deep and clear in Ethan's sharp green eyes. He looked pensive, and seemingly apprehensive. Something weird was in the offing. He knew it, but he didn't know exactly what it's.
Ethan suddenly tilted his head and said in a clear voice "Remember that we are stopping by at the grocery store, Arden"
"Yes, boss" Arden replied without looking at Ethan.
He was driving, but that wasn't the real reason why he didn't look at Ethan when he spoke to him.
It was almost like a routine for his boss to stop at the grecory store on their way to work.
Most of the times, he doesn't even go into the store, he'll just look around and ask them ylto leave.
He knew that his boss was worried and in deep thought but he wouldn't say anything more because Ethan Steele didn't like talking about a particular subject matter for long, especially the one that troubles his mind like the premonitory feelings that he was having that morning.
Arden didn't believe that it's only the eerie feelings that was giving Ethan so many thoughts in his mind on that Friday morning. He knew that there was more to it than the weird feelings that he said he was having.
At some point Arden thought that it's Isabella's attitude that was again maddening his boss. They had dated, and had real good intimacy, and Ethan felt something really strong for her, but she's now married to Mr Eric, Ethan's father, which makes Ethan to despise her as well as her husband, his father.
However, Isabella didn't want to give up on Ethan.
She wanted both of them to continue with their love affairs even when she was now married to Ethan's father but Ethan didn't want that.
He can't imagine himself still having anything to do with his ex who dumped him to marry his own father.
To him, that's incest. But was it? Well, that was exactly how he felt.
"Could she be the reason for Ethan's strange mood this morning? But he hasn't allowed Isabella's maddening idea of incest to give him as much worries previously.... Why is he suddenly reacting like this about his ex and his father's affairs today?" Many unrealistic thoughts ran riot in Arden's head about the real reason his boss was so gloomy that morning.
They arrived the grocery shopping complex and he pulled over at the vacant space in the parking lot beside the store.

Time flyed and it was already a week since a random painting of Ethan and his bodyguard who pushed a child away for trying to touch Ethan's coat at the grocery store surfaced on the internet causing a city wide rumor and Gossip as people began to give different interpretations to the artist disreputable work.
"Hello sir" Arden voice sounded from the other end of Ethan's phone which was carefully placed on his butter-brown office desk.
"I'm listening" Ethan's cold voice said curtly.
"We've found the girl's home address " Arden voice sound in an assuring tone.
"Good...Take her to Villa Nisa and come back to take me there" He commanded.
"Yes sir.." Arden replied.
He ended the call and hissed loudly.
The fact that the anonymous artist of the viral painting that has wrecked his image over the internet was lady pained him more.
He would make her go through hell and leave her to fate if she would survive it.
Nobody messes with him, especially a lady.

Arden walked back into the mansion where he had left Amelia in the custody of Houston.
He walked over to Amelia and pulled her up from the sit while speaking to Houston "I'll take from here" He said.
He had put a handcuff on her and he dragged her slowly towards the car outside the mansion.
He pushed her into the back sit of car and jumped on the driver's seat zooming off before she could even sit up.
Amelia managed to sit up, looking terrified she asked "Where are you taking me?"
Arden's heart skipped a beat at the sound of her melodious voice.
He took a glance at her through the rectangle shaped mirror in front of him.
She was looking awkward in her sweatshirt and loosed jean.
Her hair was roughly pack upwards and she had no make up on.
He turned the car to the next bend on the left before answering her question "Somewhere... Safe"
She let out a scoff and muttered in a low voice "I doubt...you're going to kill me, right?" She questioned.
Arden knew he didn't have an answer to that question so kept a straight face and didn't say anymore word to her.
