EPISODE ONE

Theme: Drunk Billionaire Wife

•••LOS ANGELES••••

^^^MOORE MANSION^^^

An old lady in her fifties with wrinkles and gray hair walked into the large living room where she saw bottles of alcohol and cigarettes scattered across the whole table.

She sighed before motioning towards the woman who was in her late thirties, drinking her time away and wallowing in depression.

“Stacy enough of this drinking, you have had too much alcohol.” Old nanny Nelly tried to snatch the bottle of whiskey from Stacy Moore.

Stacy was quick to stop her from taking the bottle away. “Allow me..to have this whole bottle..again and again.” She said.

Old nanny Nelly became furious. “Nate! Nate!” She called out to the young maid.

Nate came rushing to the living room from kitchen. “Yes Ma’am,”

“How many times have I told you to not serve Mrs Stacy alcohol again!” She shouted at the maid who jumped in fear.

“I did not-“ Nate tried to argue.

“Who unlocked the bar again?!” Old Nelly screamed again in anger.

“The chef did.” Nate reported.

“Gonzales did?!” She shouted again.

“You scream..too much..nanny..” Mrs Stacy Moore complained.

“Oh my God...” Old Nelly touched her head chest and rubbed her temples to calm herself down.

“She wanted me to unlock the bar but I refused to help her.” Nate said with her face down as she toyed with her fingers.

“Please take the wine away..” Old Nelly instructed.

Nate tried to take the bottle from Stacy but she didn’t bulge. “Hey! Why are you trying to take...my bottle? I need to drink more.” She slapped Nate’s hands away.

A little girl with short black hair, beautiful blue eyes in her low dress walked into the living room with a teddy in her hands. And it happened that she was few months close to clocking five. Her name was Ashley Moore.

Her eyes scanned the whole mess her mom had made in the whole living room and it brought tears to the corner of her eyes.

“Mommy..why are you drinking again?” A tear dropped down her cheek.

Mrs Stacy Moore stopped dragging the bottle of whiskey with Nate on hearing her daughter’s voice.

“Ashley, you should go back to your room.” Old Nelly gestures to her to leave but she didn’t move from her spot.

She shook her head. “You promised to stop drinking...” she sobbed.

Mrs Stacy turned to look at her daughter as she laughed, not feeling remorseful that Ashley has caught her doing the bad things she had warned her to never engage in when she grows up.

“Baby...” she spread out her arms, expecting Ashley to come to her but Old Nelly stopped her.

“You sting from taking to much alcohol, it is a bad idea to have her in your arms.” Old Nelly said as she crouched down to wipe Ashley’s tears.

“Old nanny Nelly, why won’t she stop drinking?” Ashley asked in tears.

“I’m just trying to console myself baby, come to mommy.” Stacy said.

“You said it is a bad thing to drink alcohol...”

“Yes, It is bad but it is good for me.” She placed her hand on her chest.

“But why?” Ashley cried.

“I’m drinking because your dad -“

Stacy was interrupted by the opening of the door, Mr Brian Moore walked in. He was a man in his early fourties, black hair and big body, dressed in a black suit with a suitcase in his right hand. One look at Brian Moore and you could tell that he was a wealthy. Everything he had on him, from his suit to wrist watch, suitcase and shoes it spells designers.

He looked at the mess his wife had made all over the area, anger stirred up within him as he loosened his tie.

Marie another maid came around to take his suitcase.

“What’s happening here?” Brian Moore asked after taking a look at his daughter who was still crying in old Nelly hands.

“She got drunk again.” Old Nelly replied.

Nate managed to clear up the mess on the table and tried to help Mrs Stacy stand to her feet in an attempt to take her back to her room.

“Oh here comes...the son of the devil!” Stacy pushed Nate away.

“What took you..so long my dear husband?!” She began to walk towards him but fail at it.

Nate tried to help her again but she pushed her aside. “I am fine..don’t worry..I’m okay.” She stuttered.

“Nate why don’t you just take Ashley back to her room.” Old Nelly said.

“Okay...”

“No, I want to play with my mom. We haven’t played together in a while now.” She cried as Nate took her from old Nelly’s laps.

“No, let me go...” Ashley fought against Nate. “Mommmmmmyyy...” she sobbed.

“Go with your nanny now!” Mr Brian Moore yelled at his daughter.

She looked at her daddy and cried even more before Nate took her to the room.

Stacy managed to get to her feet. “Did you just yell at daughter?” She snorted.

“Yes I just did!” Brian yelled again.

“Don’t you dare yell at me or my daughter like that again!” She pointed at him.

“Stacy..that’s enough.” Old Nelly cautioned.

“You stay out of this!” Stacy snapped at old Nelly.

“Okay.” Then she went ahead to carry the tray of bottles on the table and walked off to the kitchen.

“Do you realize how bad you look right now? You are hurting Ashley! She needs you as a mother.” Brian said in frustration.

She shook her head in agreement. “I have always been with my daughter! But what about you? What did I do wrong, Brian?” Stacy asked, a tear dropped down her cheek.

She punched his chest. “I am like this because of you...”

He cuts her off. “No Stacy, don’t blame me for your drinking habit.”

“But I was never like this! Everything I ever did was loved you and our baby!” She pushed him.

“Stacy-“

“When will you stop seeing Bella?” She sobbed.

“I am not seeing Bella again.” Brian lied.

“Don’t lie to me Brian, I saw you. You didn’t go to work today, you were with Bella.” She broke down in front of him.

“I would have permitted you if it wasn’t Bella. Everything would have been fine if it wasn’t Bella of all women!”

She grabbed Brian’s right leg. “You should have thought about our daughter if not me!” She cried.

Brian tried to pushed her away but she held on to his leg. “Enough of this nonsense Stacy! You are drunk.” He pushed her away with full strength.

But Stacy got up quickly and stood in front of him. “Look Brian...look at me, Bella is always up to no good. She is only after our money. She wants to destroy me by using you.” She grabbed his hands as her eyes pleaded with him.

Brian wasn’t moved by her words. He jerked free from her hold and push her away and she fell on the couch. “Marie, take care of her.” He said and then walked off to his room.

“Please listen to me Brian...” she tried to follow him but a slight dizziness stopped her from moving further towards him.

“Ma’am are you okay?” Maria rushed towards her.

“You won’t get away with this Brian! I will take back my company, everything I gave to you and kick you out of our lives forever! You ingrate!” She shouted behind him but no response came from him.

Old Nelly came back to the living room. “That’s enough Stacy, let’s go into your room.”

Then Marie and Nate helped Stacy to her room.
