The DELIVERANCE
introduction
Mr. Kenneth a young Bachelor who just graduated from the Federal University of Jos
uni-Jos

thou he studied Business Admin and graduated with a second class upper, he had nothing to show for it. As an orphan who struggled and managebly saw himself through school thou, with the help of philantropists
and his close friend James, who was an FCS pastor in his faculty, life was'nt easy, it became unbearable
but as fate could have it he attended a programme, invited by a friend in the building site he works
suprisingly he met Pastor James, his long time friend.
He never knew James, his FCS pastor now has a church
they never saw each other since 3years after graduation.
A sermon was preached titled: Reclaiming your lost glory
after the sermon Kenneth's lufe never remained the same, he gave his life to Christ
and by the grace of God through Pastor James he got a job, and got married.
Like a popular adage says,
when they say peace, peace everyone forget about the possibility of war
what happens when Kenneth's faith drop due to his excess wealth. Chapter one

Honey... Honey...
"yes, what's it" Juliet answered from inside the room.
o common hurry up, we're late already
Oma....
Oma... "yes daddy, am all most done "
you bette be, am waiting for you guys in the car
"which of them" Betty the sebior girl asked
it's the Brown Lexus jepp, i said walking out.
My goodness!! having kids or girls in your life is a very hectic work to do.
Well am chief Kenneth Olajide the marketing director of a multi-million company, Apex Ruling team Plc.
Am also a church-person, a christian, at least that's what i call myself
we're actually going to a Sunday service right now, i do go to church every church day,
which is Tuesdays and Fridays, and we all know Sunday.
So... that makes me a Christian right?
Thou my schedule are always tight, leaving the house by 6:am so as to meet up
and avoid the Abuja traffick, and coming back by 8:pm.
Tight schedule right? i know that.
well am married to my lovely wife Juliet Ken, and blessed with four troublesome kids,
Johnson my firsr son, Lawrence my second son thou my third child, Betty my second child, a girl
and finally Abby aka Oma my favourite alarm clock.
Now let me arrange them serially
Johnson first, Betty second, Lawrence third and
Abby or better still Oma my fourth child.

ah! am finally through, i have to look good, am not that old, i can't look all worn-out
like a 50year old woman, don't wanna hear my name on the lips of those gossipers
in the women's meeting.
well am Juliet Ken an adant member of New Heaven

am blessed with four kids, hmmm am done now, Ken must be angry at me by now for being late
i need to go noe, i grap my purse and made to leave.

i thought, looking at my beautiful face in the mirror.

Betty... "Mom... we're here at the living room, waiting for you" Okey,
Lawrence, Johnson...
"Mom, we're all here" they echoed
******* "Laughing hard, are'nt you?" Oma said to Betty, who was laughing uncontrollably
Infact they were all laughing, we entered the car and the laugh went on.
"guys, why the laugh, seeing the way you're all laughing hard
to the extent of letting out tears, it must be worth it" Ken asked
yes, why are you guys laughing?
"common tell her" Johnson said still laughing
"No" Oma replied
"tell her" they all chorused.
"okey, fine i will" Oma said
"Mum, dad"
yes Oma, I and Ken replied, thou Ken was driving so he could'nt turn to
look attentively to Oma,
" last Friday, when we were praying i saw Mama Abigail praying agvresively
that's good i said but she was praying throwing her hands, and legs everywhere till
she finally hit her leg on the red pillar causing her to shout out in pain,
but everyone though it was the spirit moving.
so, mama Nene and mama Chichi held her tight, preventing her from
falling and..."
"and what Oma" Ken asked annoyed
ah!! Ken why this expression?
"like seriously Juliet
is that what you're gonna teach this kids?
instead of correcting them you joined them to laugh
Now listen Oma, and the rest of you, never open your eyes during prayers
some people who are possess comes to the church looking for deliverance
some come with different problems, so when you're not in the spirit
and you open your eyes some spirit can posses you
you should always close your eyes and learn to pray
instead of spying on other people, so you don't get into trouble, ok...
it's not a good thing to open your eyes when everyone is praying, is that clear?" Ken finished
"ok... daddy" the kids and i chorused and we all laughed.
Guys i know it might seem boring at first, but don't worry lots of mistery are yet to
be unravelled,
