When I finished my work on the farm, I cleaned myself up and got ready to go see my fiancé, Calvin.
We hadn't seen each other for weeks and whenever I tried to suggest a meeting, he always said he was busy at work, and he thought I was working hard on the farm and he didn't want me to drive so hard from town to the city.
I was happy for his thoughtfulness because he was the one who came here to see me every time, and I didn't want to take his kindness for granted that I should give the same amount of time and effort.
I think my presence must be a big surprise for him.
I used the rear view mirror of my truck to check my lips, and once again I made sure my lipstick was perfect when I started my car.
As I walked to Calvin's apartment, I saw a woman's high heels and my heart started beating wildly, no, it can't be, Calvin can't be cheating on me!
But the moaning and grunting of the man and woman inside hit me like a slap in the face, my car keys fell to the floor, I felt my legs lose their strength and I didn't dare to make a sound.

A farm maid? I do work on a farm, but it's my own farm, left to me when my parents died, and I chose to inherit it right after I graduated from college, and I'm proud that I run her as well as I did when my parents were alive.

I couldn't believe that the man who was always so gentle with me would one day betray me.
I couldn't take it anymore, I loved Calvin, he was my spiritual support, so his betrayal meant to me that the faith I had always believed in suddenly collapsed and I felt my heart shatter into a million pieces.
Bastard! But his betrayal still made me angry! I pulled the smoke alarm hard and the sharp sound caused the two men inside the house to quickly rush out, ridiculously unclothed.
I stood at the end of the hallway and looked at their mess indifferently. calvin saw me appear and immediately knew what had happened.
