My life has always been a mess, working from one place to another just to pay all my late fathers debt. From 7am in the morning to 3pm at noon, I work at a restaurant called The place, then by 3 I go to pick my young sister from school. Then from 4pm to 7pm I work at my neighbors house as a cleaner and lastly by 8 i work at a club as a waiter.
My life has always been a circle, the same plan everyday just to meet the needs of my father's debtor's and just so my sister and I still have a roof over our head. My name is Kiara Dollar. Even though money is in my name i am still broke. I finished highschool at the age of 17 but i never went to college for different reasons. One, I couldn't afford it and secondly i didn't have the time for it.
My sister's name is Karen Dollar and we both live alone. Our mum died ten years ago which was when Karen was born while our father died two years ago living us with no single property. I am nineteen years and my sister is seven. That is all about me for now. I have a friend called Nina who visits often to help take care of Karen. Enough of the introduction am late for work .
As usual I take my birth and prepare for work when I suddenly heard a knock on the door. I dropped my bag and went to the door thinking it was Nina, I opened the door without checking only to find my landlord's son. I mentally roll my eyes, I gave him a fake smile. "My father said to remind you that the rent is due" he said. My eyes widened at what he said and I just nodded and locked the door after he left. I have to find a way to pay up cause Mr Hart

I knock on Karen door and I meet her already prepared for school. I noticed she was looking sad.
"Karen what's wrong this time" I asked
My teacher said to come with my parent to school "she replied "
Ooh- I didn't know what to say. Well maybe I can tell aunty Nina to come with you "I told her". Okay "she replied:
I checked the time and noticed I was late I bid Karen goodbye and left for work. By the time I got to work I was already twenty minutes late. I quickly went to change into my work uniform.
I have been getting this strange calls and it is really disturbing. They would call to ask for their money which was completely normal because of my father's nature. But whenever I told them it wasn't available. They would also mention something about a collateral .
It was exactly what scared me because I knew my father had no reasonable property, so what collateral could they be talking about. Well, i shrugged it off and began my work.
"Order up for table sixteen" I heard. I took the meal and while serving I spilled a little soup on the customer.
"Oh my.. I am so sorry " i said. I tried cleaning it from his suit when he suddenly hit my hand with great force. I looked up to see a furious handsome looking guy. "What the fuck" I muttered but he heard and seem to look more furious.
"Are you nuts" he shouted. I was getting irritated because it was clearly a mistake and i definitely was not a fan of arrogant people.
"Sounds like you are the one with a lot of spiritual problem" I whispered .
"What the hell did you just say to me" he asked. I looked up at him with a glare.
"You will regret ever meeting me" he said before leaving and was followed by a friend who I didn't notice. He turned back to glare at me and waved at him.
"Kiara" I heard my manager yell. I walked towards him when he told me "what have you done? Do you know who that man is ? He is Mitchell Johnson "
"Oh my God! Wait who is Mitchell Johnson?" I asked
"You know what Kiara you are fired" what! I didn't even do any serious damage to his clothe and you can't just fire because of an irrelevant person" I argued
"Kiara leave" he shouted. Please sir I am sorry i wont ever do that again, I promise, i begged but he just walked away. I stood up from my kneeling position and walked out angrily.
I decided to go to Karen's school since I have just been fired by an insignificant bug. When i got there I found my sister being bullied by a boy and his friends. I ran towards them and they ran away but i caught the leader of the bullies.
"Don't you think it is wrong to beat girls. It makes you a coward "i shouted at him.
"You will regret ever touching me" he said and ran away. That statement sound familiar, i wont be shocked to find out they are brothers. I looked at Karen who was still shaken and i know that their are two things that can cause my sister to be bullied. It is either because she is an orphan or because she is here on scholarship.
"Karen what happened? " I asked. Kiara that was Mark Johnson, you shouldnt have touched him.
What was the possibility that Mitchell Johnson and Mark Johnson are related. I wondered. Okay I am beginning to get scared. Who the fuck are this people?
Sound like a bunch of arrogant people to me. "Common Karen, we have to go and report him to the principal" I said
"I don't think it will make any difference though" she said. It dosent matter I said as I dragged her along. I knocked on the principal door and I was asked to come in.
"Good day Mrs Roberto" I said and narrated all that happened to her she was shocked but i think I was more shocked when she said "what have you done Miss Dollar?"
I was asked to take my sister home and come back the next day to resolve the issue. I decided to drop Karen at Nina and told her I will be back to explain everything to her.
I went back home to rest so i could later go to Mrs Nelson's house for the cleaning job. I heard a knock on the door and when i opened I saw Max at the door. I sighed internally "what is it this time" I said. Call me rude I dont care but i have always had this bad feeling towards him
"Can i come in" he said. Why would he want to come into my house, i wondered. I let him but didn't invite him to sit cause he was an uninvited guest.
"My father plans on selling the house and immediately he finds a buyer for it he us going to send you and your sister out" he smirked.
"But I could help you" he continued. How do you plan on helping me? i asked him already having this bad feeling of something about to go wrong.
I felt more disturbed when he started walking towards me in slow steps. He came towards me when I said "step back or I will shout". "You are free to do so but just know that we are the only one in the whole building" he said.
I was becoming scared, i should have been nicer to him from the beginning maybe this will never have had to happen, i thought
I was now laying flat on the couch and he was hovering above me when the door suddenly opened
