The weather in Sea City was extraordinarily sweltering.
After class, Gu Yanxin went straight home to the Gu family, and at this time, her father Gu Yuming handed her a glass of watermelon juice.
"It's so hot now, have a glass of watermelon juice. Aunt Bai saved it for you, we've all had some," said Gu Yuming.

In the luxurious presidential suite, Gu Yanxin found herself thrown onto the bed. Though she was awake, she discovered her legs tied up, and her wrists bound behind her. To her shock, she found herself clothed in a negligee as thin as a cicada's wings.
She could distinctly feel a slow kindling fire heating up within her body, her cheeks awash in a telltale flush. Though she was yet unwed, she wasn't naive. It had to be the doing of her father, Gu Yuming, and her stepmother, must be they'd given her some kind of aphrodisiac.
How could they? Her own father, Gu Yuming, was so ruthless towards her!
The room was currently empty. Gu Yanxin struggled to a sitting position, thankful for her flexibility. She managed to bite off the cords binding her feet. Gu Yuming probably hadn't anticipated her waking up so soon.
Having freed her feet, she started rubbing her hands, corded behind her, against the edges of the tea table. Finaly, the binds were loosened.
Just as she was about to run for the door, she heard voices outside.
"President Liu, I've offered up even my very own daughter this time. You must seriously consider our ET order!" The speaker was Gu Yuming.
"All right, all right. You may leave. I'll give it a thought," President Liu hurriedly dismissed, his mind filled with the anticipation of the beauty waiting for him in the room.
Gu Yanxin's heart wrenched painfully. Her father, a monster worse than beasts, had delivered his own flesh and blood into another man's bed for his selfish gains!
