Alex’s POV
“I’m finally back!” Alex uttered while strolling down the exit of the airport.
5 years ago since you left A country to D country. You decided to leave A country for 2 main reason: To heal your heart and to prepare for your comeback.
What happened 5 years ago still freshly lingers in your memories. The day when you discovered that the guy you love just played your heart and the same day when you discovered your true identity.
Your family is very wealthy and powerful. Your dad is known to be one of the biggest tycoons not only in A country but also to other countries. He was able set up an empire by combining the businesses owned by his family and your mom’s family and expanded it across the globe. No one was able surpass the achievement but even with this, he always put your family on top of his priority list. Regardless of the situation, family comes first for him. This somehow have taken a big turn when your dad was supposed to join and help his friend, Rahul Go in a business trip to win the favor of collaborating with the Zoala group who is into the business of technology. Unfortunately, your big brother and your mon were sent to the hospital due to a car accident. You on the other hand who was just 2 years old then were left on the care of the babysitter on your family’s villa. Rahul Go lost the chance of collaboration with Zoala then eventually lost the chance to save his company as well as his family. He blamed your father on what happened so he hired some people to kidnap you and kill you so that your father can feel the pain of losing someone very important. however; one of the kidnappers felt that killing a young innocent child is beyond his bottom line so he alter some evidence to show that he had completed his job. The kidnapper travel far away from A city to K city in fear that he will be discovered and decided to leave you in one of the van that was parked outside the airport. During this time, the entire police forces and even the military were on joint search as instructed by the commander in chief, who was your father’s cousin. They’ve eventually traced the remaining kidnappers and were able to pinpoint the mastermind. Rahul Go was sentence for a life imprisonment but still you were nowhere to be found. It took them 16 years before they’ve finally found some evidence and traces of you. When they finally confirmed that you were indeed the young princess of the Park family, they immediately rush to your current dorm just to discover that you were sent to the hospital by you close friend and roommate. Upon their arrival, they saw Mady, your friend and introduce themselves. Mady was beyond shock knowing your story but happy as well that finally, you will be reunited with your real family. When Mady was asked why you were hospitalized, she just told them that you were having hard time breathing. She didn’t mention the full story as she believe that she’s not in the position to tell it to them.
Three days had passed before you finally opened your eyes. Mady introduces you to the unknown people inside the room. You cannot process what just happened but finally accepted them since they’ve given you evidences such paternity test and pictures when you were just a baby. The whole family was excited and would want to call a media conference right a way to introduce you to the society, but you held your mother’s hand and told her that you wanted to do something before they do that. You wanted to be worthy to be called as the youngest daughter of the Park family. As you explained to them your plan they can’t help but to admire your disposition and intelligence. Your father agreed right a way with your plan and called his secretary to prepare your school transfer to D country.
It was indeed 5 years ago since you left ad you kind of miss this place.
“Alex” snapping out from your thoughts, your heard that familiar voice you’ve been missing so much. Dylan, your older brother came to pick you today. Both of you will be attending the grand wedding celebration of your grandparents. They are to celebrate their 75th wedding anniversary in the Grand Arcodia Hotel which is also part of the businesses owned by your family. This will also be the time when the family will introduce you to the society.

I miss you so much” as you run and give him a big hug. Dylan embraced you tightly since it’s been a year since you last saw each other. He indeed misses his younger sister…. After you went to D country, he did visit you frequently does you two became close as time goes by. He made a promise to himself that she will protect you always especially when he learned the truth from Mady on why you were hospitalized 5 years ago.
“Let’s go. The party will start in an hour and it will take us 30 mis to go to the venue and Mom is already waiting with your glam team” your brother explain while giggling on the last part.
You couldn’t help but giggled as well. In 5 years, you were able to learn the characters of each member of your family, even your grandparents. You’ve known your mom pretty well; she loves attending party and throwing party. Although she has this lavish lifestyle, she still didn’t forget her role as a wife and as a mother. She had supported your father on all his decisions and was always there during ups and down of life. They were truly envied by a lot of people in A country.
After 30 mins, you finally arrive at the hotel entrance. You brother made a call and afterwards put down his phone and look at you.
“I’ve called Mark my secretary to meet you at the lobby. He will assist you to go to the penthouse where the family is. I will need to pick up Mady since she was also invited by granny” Dylan said
“Hmmm…brother, I never knew that you and Mady are close that you need to pick her up. Am I missing something here?” with a smirk on your face, you look at your brother who is now blushing then eventually bit his lower lips.
“Well, we will tell you about it later. For now, go meet Mark at the lobby. Mom for sure is so anxious already waiting for you. Go!” Since you don’t have much time, you got down at his black sports car and wave at him before finally entering the hotel lobby.
As you enter the lobby, a guy in black suit approach you immediately. He introduces himself as Mark, your brother’s secretary and assisted you in the exclusive family elevator that will direct you to the penthouse where your family is staying for the event.
