Introduction
Ryou 'D.B' Peters had always been the odd one out. Treated like a loser, rejected most of his life, and was bullied heavily due to his husky size in his younger years. In the wise words of Trumpkin from The Chronicles of Narnia, Prince Caspian "You get treated like a dumb animal long enough, that's what you become." Some would say he became as such due to his environment.
Now college age, still mooching from his parents and nothing going for him, his parents have become sick of his immature, hateful, and despicable behavior. He himself embodies the identities he has formed for himself in terms of defense against those he deems as a threat. Altering his true mindset and mannerisms to fit in with an online community of similar men.
After an incident at home he is effectively forced to go to college and move into a dorm, he meets his dorm mate Joshua Park. Joshua is exactly the type of person he despises most, attractive, popular, sporty, and kind. To make matters worse Josh is overly friendly and seems eager to be his friend. It becomes D.B's mission to do all he can to make sure he puts as much distance between his dorm mate and himself as possible. However just like everything else in his life things don't go his way, instead Josh becomes a challenge he didn't foresee.
