Marie's POV:
My Name is Marie . Well everyone call me this name. I'm far away from my Home , my town, my native and my country. This is what I choose, but I'm feeling lonely ,maybe I would feel better if verything gose right. I hope so .
Today is the first day of University and also today is tha day I feel nervous and scared in my life. I stand before the enterence gate of the university . I've been standing here almost fifteen minutes. But legs won't move, I'm stuck here.
I took a deep breath and try to move my leg . But before I could move my leg I was tragged by some people . With me there is two more girls who are frightened just like a little rabbit. I was confused why are these girls looks so afraid.
Thast when I look around me and found there was a seven boys standing in front of us. There is some boys doing some kind of things I can't even discribe it with words. That action make me disgusting. I quickly trun my head .
On left side there is some girls unwillingly touched by some boys. That's when heart skip a beat. I quickly look around no one is care about what happened here. I tried to get away from here, but blocked by some boys . They smirk at me.
One of the boy come infront of me . He smiled at me , he look kind of nice guy, but don't judge a book by it's cover. He then reached his hand in front and try to touch my head. I quickly jogged aside.
But he grasped my shawl ,my hijab.
Yes I'm a Muslim girl. I wear hijab every day. I try to pull back my shawl. But he is strong, he pulled my shawl again . I was tragged by him.
There was too many people watching.
I was wondering why everyone look at me strangely.
They boy who tragged me infront of everyone suddenly stopped. And forcefully trun me to front. That's when I realise that we are standing infront of the mini stage.
There are lot of students watching , I'm nervous but keep my face unemotional. When I look at the boy who grabbed me , he suddenly loosen his grip on me. Then he laughed out loudly. Im so confused because every student laughed with him.
Some freshman like me looked around confused as me. Then he they boy suddenly stopped his lougher and said out loud ; "show your head".
My heart beats fast when he said this. I looked his eyes and as he said "Are you deaf , you can't hear me?" Then he snort , everyone is laughing again "Okay fine I can help you" then he suddenly come forward his step was fast I stepped back . He reached out his hand and grapped my shawl again . His other hand try to remove the pin on my head . I struggled bit . But he successfully removed the pin on my head . He laughed again . My hijab loosened.
When he reached his hand again I unconsciously close my eyes tight lift my right hand . There seemed to be gapes filled there. When I open my eyes the students who were watching us was covering there mouths with their hands. I hurriedly adjust my hijab . Fortunately I put inner cap today without it my hijab removed easily. I sighed in relief. Suddenly I looked around and found the boy who caused the scene covered his mouth and lying on the floor with his back facing me.
When I see him lying on his back there is a lot of blood coming from his mouth. I was scared and look around, then the other boys who's with him come towards me angryly , but suddenly they stopped and look eachother shook their heads and took the boy on the floor and run away. Andh crowd of students also leave one by one . I'm more confused than before.
I thought to my self that I'm in trouble. My first day of college was the last of my college.i sighed with great disappointed. I troped my bag on the floor and stomp the floor with my right foot. Suddenly there is voice behind me saying " You're still same".
I frozen . This voice is very familiar to me . But here. ?How ?. There is lot of questions popping in my head. I slowly turned around and see the face that I didn't see for 5 years of my life. I'm more scared now than before.
I trembled and step back he come forward and said "As I know" "And beautiful"
I took a two step back and suddenly he reached his hand and grabbed mine. He said " watch out you'll fall ". His eyes never leave mine. I stand straight and remove his hand on mine. I bend my back and took the bag lying on the floor and jumped off the mini stage and strat walking with my head lower.
My mind is mess right now I can't think straight I don't even know where I'm going. I keep murmuring myself ,when suddenly he called me like he used to be, with that name .
" Mia "
I stopped on my track and frozen . My body is full of goosebumps. I heard footsteps coming and clenched my first tightly. This is the name make my heart beats fast whenever this name came out from his mouth. I lowered my head even more.
He stopped beside me and said slowly " Mia , you need to go to the students council office and report the situation" after hearing what he said I slowly raise my head looked his face and his eyes. His eyes filled with emotions and moist but he kept light smile on his lips.
I kept star at him for two minutes my heart beats fast and fast, I sallow mouth full of saliva and said "okay please lead me"
He star at me and smilled happily, his smile reached his eyes his blue eyes Shine with tears he nodded his head and star at me even more emotionally. It's make my heart felt heavy.
He lead the way to the students counciling office. On the way he kept staring at me every now and then. And I heard him sighed. Then he asked me with low voice " which department" . I glanced at him and said lightly " Fashion Designing ". The said " finally your dream came true uh ? ". Hummed in reply
" We're here " he said and reach his hand to open the door. When we enter all I could see is DIRT. Yes there are a lot of boys more than ten people here . Ther desk and chair they are sitting is covered with dust. They didn't bother clean it before sitting on it. The smell of dust make me uncomfortable I wrinkles my nose and cover my nose . He just enter the room and called all the boys . Everyone in the room get up and sit properly Called respectively "captain" . I just look at him and the boys.
And he look at me smilled and said to the boys
" She's.... Her "
