"Luke,hurry were going to be late at our flight???"
I shouted at my son who's still not coming out of his room.
"Mom I'm coming" saad nya habang naglalakad pababa ng hagdan.You heard it right i already have a son. He is Luke Alexander Gray Lopez.I got pregnant when i was 21 and i am now 26 years old.I don't know his father but by the looks of my son i think he got mostly the looks of his father .Luke only got my nose and eyes. Lakas naman ng genes ng tatay ni Luke kuha sa kanya lahat.Paano naman ako na naghirap sa panganganak,pag-aalaga at pagpapalaki???Joke hahahaha...but my son is incredibly handsome and smart. At the age of 5 kaya na nyang magsalita ng tuwid pero kapag english lang medyo hindi pa sya sanay sa tagalog. Back to reality...we are going back to the philippines after so many years that we live here in states for some reasons.And today is our flight
"Anak wala ka na bang nakalimutan?" saad ko
"No mom I'm okay na po I already bring all the things that i want "
"Okay..Let's go" saad ko. Paglabas namin ng bahay nakaabang na ang driver na maghahatid samin sa airport.
"Manong,alis na po tayo baka mahuli kami sa flight." Saad ko sa driver namin although nasa states kami lahat ng katulong at driver namin are all filipino.
We spent an hour driving in our car and here we are at the airport.
"Mag-iingat kayo ma'am" saad ng driver namin
"Salamat manong,kayo din po mag ingat pauwi.Please take care of our house" saad ko.Hindi ko na hinintay na umalis ang driver namin bago kami pumasok sa loob.
"Are you excited luke?" saad ko sa anak ko na kanina pa tumitingin sa labas ng bintana ng eroplano.
"Not really,but mom why are we going to the Philippines?"he asked me.I already tell him the reason but seems like he forgot.
"Mommy's going to work there from now on anak."
Hindi na ulit nagsalita si luke at bumalik sa pagtingin sa bintana ng eroplano.
"Ladies and Gentlemen prepare for take-off please."
This is it!After so many years babalik na ulit ako sa Pilipinas.Hindi imposibleng hindi ko makikita doon ang aking step-family and also my dad. Well i don't care anymore after what they did to me I don't consider them my family since that day.My son is only the family that i have now.I really don't want to come back in the philippines but i don't have a choice i have a big project there.I am a famous architect in states.Despite the fact that i already have a son I maintain my beautiful body and face
Pagtingin ko kay Luke he is already sleeping.Looking at my son i don't feel any regret for the hardship that i experienced when i got pregnant, it's all worth it.Sa kakatingin ko sa anak ko hindi ko namalayan na nakatulog na pala ako.
"Cabin crew, please take your seats for landing.Ladies and gentlemen, we have just been cleared to land at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport."
Nagising ako dahil sa announcement na nakapagland na kami.I look at my son and i found out that he is already awake.
"Were already here anak.Let's go"
Hinawakan ko ang kamay ni luke pagbaba namin ng eroplano.Someone carry our luggage for us maybe a staff of this airport. Habang naglalakad kami may biglang tumawag sakin.
"Ara!!Here!" that's Marie,my secretary shouted.Nauna syang pumunta dito sa pilipinas to check the contract for the project. She is also an architect there in states.Papunta na sana kami kung nasaan si Marie when someone bump at my son causing him to fall
"Luke, Are you okay?Are you hurt?" I panicked.
"I'm okay mom,dont worry"
"Sorry miss.Hindi namin sinasadya" someone said.I turned my head to look who's talking but my eyes landed on the man beside him who's staring at my son.My son is also staring at him maybe wondering why they have the same features,I can't deny that.Nabalik ako sa katinuan ng magsalita si Luke na ikinagulat ko.
