.Luna's P. O. V
It was a drizzling morning. I had wrapped myself in the most coziest sheets ever. I didn't care that my hair were messed up or tangled but it was so warm and soft. Slight raindrops crashing on my window, Dim light in my room really made my carving for morning tea grow stronger.
I was awake yet kept my eyes shut. But my happiness came to an end. My best friends Suzanne broke in my room and climbed my bed and started jumping like a crazy ball. She lived two houses down the lane. We have been best friends since childhood. It has been 19years of our friendship. O GOD! Can someone stop her. "Luni, it's 11:00am and you are still in bed what's wrong with you" She said.

that is what she calls me at time. " Because it's Sunday and I'm lazy to get up. NOW! WILL YOU GET OFF THE BED. " I yell at her she really pisses me off sometimes. "You are no fun, I thought we might just go outside the town today" She said finally sitting down. "Can't we just stay in bed" I groaned "please" She said with a puppy face. O NO! Not that thing she always manages to get away with that face.
"Fine" I said as I was getting up sorry, struggling to get up. Wore my slippers and walked towards the mirror. I saw myself and said " Hey, suzy have you ever seen a real life blood sucking witch? " "Yes! I have, I'm talking to her. " She giggled as she said. I went to bathroom did my daily stuff
brushing, bathing, minding myself
I got out in an hour or so hair all wet. I like to keep my hair wet at times because it keeps your head cool. I wore a white off shoulder dress that just ended in the middle of my knees and to go with it, I wore baby pink sandle. I saw suzy reading one of my book. She looked at me and said sarcastically " O, it's 2060,how old are you? "
"Whatever" I replied sticking my tongue out like a child. We went down stairs my mom was making pancakes. Ughh! I'm so in a mood for pancakes. I groaned to myself. Did she just make pancakes for suzy as well? I asked suzy " Didn't have breakfast? " She replied " No, I thought I'll eat here and take you."Ok!" I replied. I love it when she come over to have breakfast or lunch. Even I sometimes go to her to join her.
We gobbled up the pancakes like hungry dead zombies and left the house. After goofing around the town we decided to go out the town. Outside the town are so many hill I never got the chance to count them. But the hills we decorated with lavender flowers at the bottom, further up the hill were roses, Hibiscus, daffodils, lilies, but we never got the chance to pick them because we weren't allowed. We were just chatting about college about who we hate, who we love. Suddenly I saw bunch of 4 men coming.
I shrugged it off as they were from town. One of them stood in front of me. I look up to see him. He wore check-shirt and navy blue jeans, his hair were slightly longer than others. I smiled at him and greeted him with a 'hi'. He snapped out of his thoughts and said "Sorry, umm hi, I'm Martin." He kissed my hand slightly and smiled like a gentleman as he introduced himself. I blushed at his behaviour. And I said "And I'm luna."
"Wow! A pretty name for a pretty girl." He said. This made me blush even more and all I could say was "Thank you." He smiled at me and left. Suzy on the hand starting teasing me that 'I like him' or 'He likes me'
all nonsense
. I was amazed by his behaviour 'maybe his parents raised him too well' I said to myself. And enjoyed rest of the day hanging out with my best friend, goofing, chatting, teasing. I enjoyed so much I didn't realize the time, it was 8:30. So we went to our homes. But it the best weekend ever.
