She stood up, her hands on her waist, and questioned,
"What happened?"

"Aren't you thinking, Dionne?" she exclaims, grabbing her own hair in disbelief.
"Why did you say yes then? Can't you see your situation right now? You're pregnant, for Christ's sake, Dionne!" she exclaims.
