Between a Hunter and the Prey; Chapter One
Faith/
She walked like the world around her should now down just being in her presence. We heard rumors a Japanese gang was moving into the scene which meant trouble for everyone. Order was established and everyone understood their places but this disrupts everything. However, we had a rule in our little bar all are welcome but no fighting inside. I wanted civilized animals I guess but it's not easy repairing a bar especially one so old and I like my bar. I couldn't help but watch her act like she owned the place my people were getting itchy at her arrogance. But they respected me enough to know my word is law so we left her in peace. The bartender served her a drink and everything was calm aside from the tension brewing. But nothing lasts forever.
" My father asked me to get a drink... I expected something less civilized. Are you even a gang or perhaps puppies.."
Davy was a hothead but I didn't stop him she crossed a line but I wanted to see if she had bite. It didn't take long for her to put him down making her intentions clear that's when guns got drawn. To diffuse the situation I calmly walked to the bar which got everyone's attention. She has no idea the amount of trouble she just caused inside my place of business. I may be calm but above that in pissed off now.
" So stranger... We treat you to hospitality and you spit in our face. Damage our little quiet place, injure my man... Got an address for me?"
" Ha... Address for -"
I was always better with my hands and knives I hated guns no matter the situation. Taking the serrated edge to her throat she was quick to pull her own but I managed to disarm her while keeping my knife on her throat. In theory, I'm not a killer but for what's mine ill do anything.
" Address to send your body to after I beat you to a pulp."
" This is a... Sharp blade maybe we can start over?"
I put the knife away but I wasn't done with her because the disrespect she showed was eating at me. So I dragged her outside before tossing her into the dirt. I never cared about my opponent's differences I only cared that I had to win.
" You are new around here but we don't take disrespect around here lightly. Wanna see what this puppy can do, let's go."
" So your the one in charge here. Well, I heard the rumors and I'm impressed. So what are the -"
Fighting has no rules win or lose is the only thing that matters and when your life on the line you learn that quickly. I initiated with a few quick jabs which she had the reflect for so I kept pressing her. I never fought a Japanese before but her style was difficult to understand. The speed and power were amazing and yet she never lost a step. We kept dancing around kicking up dust as we traded blows back and forth. Neither of us could land anything severe but we didn't stop letting the adrenaline drive us. It's been a long time since I felt this intoxicating, I feel so consumed, so focused. That's when the sound of several cars and bikes pulling up caught my attention and hers as well. If this turns into a gang fight we may lose here if they fight like her.
"Sakuya you were told to make friends not enemies."
" What are you doing here kozu, did father send you.?"
"Someone has to babysit you it seems. So who is she?"
"Faith, leader of this group. He'll of a fighter to boot, anyway let's get out of here. I think we have enough."
Just like that she walked away with her people like nothing happened but that just pissed me off more. But I had to keep it under control and make sure my people didn't get reckless. Besides, I now needed to have a conversation with the other leaders to discuss moving forward. This is gonna be a bloody mess if things escalate any further, unfortunately. My first choice was contacting the Bakers they were the middle ground gang who called everyone together. A much older gang that still commands respect in our area which keeps things from getting too crazy at the least.
It came as no surprise that news travels fast around here but a meeting has already been arranged. To my surprise, the Japanese were invited as well which could only spell trouble at a place we called sacred ground. I decided to bring my second along just in case this goes south. Micky and I have been friends for a few years now and she's one of the few I trustfully. She's better with a gun than me but I think I keep her closer to me because of the sex. After I relay the information to her we set out for the meeting place twenty miles out from our little bar. I decide to let her drive but my intentions are anything but pure or innocent I just wanted to feel her up while we took this drive. She doesn't mind she enjoys the challenge of distraction and thrill. So I slide just a little closer to feel the gun press into me I expected nothing less but weapons are forbidden at this place.
I let my hands ride up underneath her tank top feeling the bare skin. I always loved how her skin reacted to my slow rough fingers, it's like a ripple in the water. Pressing into her back I can feel the vibrations as she purrs at my hands and fingers caressing bare flesh. The bike never shifts or sways and the vibrations continue to hum in harmony beneath us. I place my teeth to her neck tasting her in a way that pulled a growl from her. This was exhilaration that excited me most so I pushed my hands up further till I found her breasts. They easily fit in my hands so I could grip and squeeze them perfectly my palms often rubbed into her nipples which she hated because it was a sexual trigger that made her want the full thing. It was one of her many switches that could turn her ravenous in seconds. Luckily this distraction leads us safely to our destination and we didn't even realize how fast we were driving, time flies when your distracted enough I guess.
" Should have slowed down could have taken our time on the road."
I said it with a wink because she often disliked my harsh teasing but deep down she loved every second of it.
