Introduction

"Am sorry but am not even able to see you?" Her eyes moistened. There was both shiver and longing in her eyes. Her soft tone sounded weak and miscalculated. Darn, he was silent! She continued. "Please Vinace, let me see your eyes. I possess the force of Herxalaynn." She gave a soft plea, she peered into the distance where she envisioned him strapped in pain, with head hung. "Why? When you'll only see the horror in them. On Oreo, even she cannot behold my pain..." "I trust you Vin, I know you'll do something. You'll make everything right. You always have!"

Chapter 1

She splashed water in her face and let it trickle down her neck before grabbing a face towel to bury her face in it. On hearing a scrambling at the door, she jerked her head up and rushed to a corner behind the door whose knob twisted to admit a presence...a blonde male!....it dawned on her she was in the boy's stall.

'Relax Ari, he doesn't know anyone's here' she nudged herself silently, then bit down on her lip naughtily, as a thought occured to her. A glaring fact about Ariella paige was her inevitable love for taking chances and sorely, she hated that part of herself that dared her to take risks even when it was pointless. Hypotized by this very instinct, she tipped on her toes and stretched up to peek at him from behind the door. This blonde male seemed fishy! Whatever it was she thought she saw, gave her the creeps! At first, he was fussing with an apple which he later made away with by throwing it in the air and it was gone!

She shrank back, consumed with fear, and an eerie feeling. Yet, at the back of her mind she wondered if he'd spotted her. All her life, she'd always been a curious girl but sadly, her curiosity which had heightened through out her nineteen years, had always gained her nothing but trouble. She was now extra thankful he hadn't taken his clothes off. She hung her head.

"What in 'Oreo' are you doing in here?" The somewhat calm voice was followed by a pissed look on the blonde's face. Of course, there were his brown eyes to stare accusingly at her.

Ari's response was a weird smile. Her ruby eyes darted around mischievously as if physically searching for a suitable answer.

" I don't suppose those pretty lips can't speak."he added and she started off awkwardly with a stutter.

"Well....I just....well I....right....I mean....I, am.....Ariella paige and am new around here" she stopped to find his furrowed brows, then trailed on dramatically, with hands wandering in the air. "Obviously....I don't know my way around here so I sort of, walked in here by accident." She straightened up and her soft pitched voice regained stamina."I was supposed to be in the girls' stall so please, please don't make a scene about this."

Lloyd was almost successful at holding his laughter until Ari said the last part. He chuckled, highly amused at the much needed drama she was creating. This time, he gave a real laugh, shaking his head." And god, she's a pretty doll face." his tone was full of sheer admiration. with a girl like this_ he mused_he was sure to laugh better than hyenas in the wild. He didn't think finding a girl in the boys' stall was a serious issue to pull a crowd over, but hell yeah! in Blue Royales' high, every single thing was an issue. Yet when he glanced at the raven haired hottie in front of him, he was convinced she shouldn't be made to go through all of that.

"Are you even listening?...right! my bad. so just kick me out already." her voice rang out again.

" Actually, I have something else in mind." he edged closer and when Ari caught his gaze, she quickly backed away. Llyod didn't seem to notice her discomfort so he kept inching forward till her back hit the wall and she had to close her eyes in anticipation.

" What the fuck was he gonna do?" Ari let her mind race. Was it gonna be a kiss? or a long whisper that'll say 'be mine' in her ears?.... Of course she hoped for anything so long as he doesn't make a scene by throwing her out.

"What do you think of roses?" Llyod asked suggestively.... suddenly, giving Ari a start.

"Ohh.... they're pretty." she retorted with a smile.

" You're even prettier." There was a pause as Llyod put out his hands to pin her to the wall, and so she doesn't have to focus on anything else but him. ".... so what would you say of pinks?"

she rolled her eyes hysterically, not having anything in mind but somehow, she found herself saying...."even better." and then she heard him snap his fingers behind her and before she could figure anything out, he brought his hand to her gaze and in them was an endearing bouquet of pinks....fresh and beautiful in their colours of both pink and white. Ariella gasped in awe at the flowers and when Llyod slipped them into her hands, the blissful fragrance filled the room. she sniffed at them, feeling nature's wonder in it's prime.

" Ohh ..my ...gosh!!!"

" Weirdest form of magic right?" Llyod's eyes beamed which gave him a softer kind of look.

"Yeah, it's just wonderful! how did you even do that?" when she starred up at him again, she remembered herself and abruptly, she ducked under his arm." I have to hurry!...and yes, I think you're such a nice person." She added then made towards the door.

Sneakily, she got out of the boys' stall and it was really a thing that no one spotted her .
