When the taxi arrived at the five-star hotel, Margot Pearce, who was eight months pregnant, opened the car door. Heavy rain poured as the wind blew. Feeling cold, she pulled up her coat.
Her long hair fluttered in the wind. She found it hard to see, but she had on an expression of bliss.
With one hand on her waist and the other holding an umbrella, she got out of the car with difficulty.
The female driver turned and saw her big belly. After a moment's consideration, she took her umbrella and got down the car.
Margot stepped out of the car and looked up to see the driver coming over.
