It's 7:20 am when she glances at the watch on her wrist. 'He'll be here in a minute, ' she said while checking up some of the documents she prepared for her boss' arrival. She's a little bit proud of herself since she managed to get it done in just a few minutes, she arrived 50 minutes earlier and rushed herself onto work before her boss will come. She thought of good memories she had while she was on vacation, treating herself and enjoying the beautiful view of the beach there. She needs to be herself and be calm no matter what kind of situation this day offers her. She always has control over everything. Her emotions, how to handle it without noticing others for it to get bothered. She always put a genuine smile on her face. She believes that the best weapon to overcome anything is to be yourself. Always be there for yourself to handle it.
She could see the elevator door open from her desk where she was sitting and before the person inside on it stepped a walk she already managed to stand up and calm herself, wear her genuine smile and face the Greek handsome face of her boss. Well, she could get used to it starting now since she will be with him anytime when he needs her.
"Good morning Mr. White" she greeted him while making a little bow of her head.
He just passed through her as if she were just one of the mirrored walls that built in the building.
But it doesn't affect her, she already expected this to happen since she already heard the rumors about her boss. She sits back again and glances at the time ' 3 minutes will be enough' . She calculated it before getting some hot coffee for her boss.
She made sure that the amount of sugar and choco-flavoured coffee she's making is correct. She even takes another tablespoon to taste it.
When she finished she headed out to her boss office and knocked.
"Come in" she heard his serious tone inside and she clicked the door knob open.
" Here's your choco-flavoured coffee Mr White" she said while making her way through his desk and carefully put the coffee. He didn't utter a word nor give a glance at her. She made her way back to her desk after not getting a single attention from him. What could've she expected? She doesn't give a damn thought of it anyways. As long as she does not make mistakes and errors she will be at peace with herself.
She was busy checking out the documents that the manager gave her when she heard her boss's voice at the intercom.
"Miss Bel, I want the complete documentation and fully checked pricelist from the financial department now" he demanded it like he doesn't want her to waste any second of his time.
Jessey checked it out two times before she headed inside. She knocked first before making her way to his desk and put it in front of him. He was busy typing on his laptop which is she didn't know what it's all about and the fact that she doesn't care also.
" Mr. White you will be attending the meeting together with the board members 10 minutes from now to discuss and made agreement for the new final prices which the HR of financial department given." She genuinely smiles and delivers the words as smoothly as she can.
" Inform the board members that my arrival will be 5 minutes ahead of them. " he seriously said without looking up at her.
" They are all already at the conference room 5 minutes ago Mr White" she stated while checking up the next schedule of him after the meeting.
He nodded at her and she made her way outside and took her notepad and pen ready for the new schedule and changes will be made later.
Many minutes had passed and she heard the door open and followed her boss to the conference room where the meeting was held.
She didn't give a chance for a single information to be slipped away while she was taking notes and listening to her boss. She is so consistent with her work. Well she always has been catching things up and working things well as far as she can remember.
The meeting ended and she was thankful that it goes very well . She wants to congratulate herself even though it is just a small step of her successful work . But still she is a woman that gives a passion for everything she works.
It was nearly 3 in the afternoon when the elevator made a sound and revealed another three handsome faces of a man. ' this company is literally full of handsome hulks i think' she thought of herself and cleared her mind before greeting the guests.
" Good afternoon sir. Do you have any appointments with Mr White today?" she asks calmly while looking at them in a serious way.
" Well, the name is Jed Miss gorgeo--"
"Cut it out Jed. You really never put a place on your flirty side. Hello dear, my name's Brent and don't listen to this slut, he is just flirting with you. " the chestnut colored hair was cut off his words with Brent.
She nodded at him and smiled genuinely.
" There will be no problem with that since I'm not gonna buy anything of his. Now would you mind telling me what your business is? " her smile fades and replace it with a serious face.
"Oh! Don't worry. We already called your grumpy boss and informed him of our arrival" Said Jed, while winking at her. Honestly, it doesn't work on her. She finds it very stupid since she is not gonna buy it.
" See you around Miss beauty." The other guy with black hair smiles at her which she responds with a nod. After that they make their way to her boss's door and get inside. She goes back to her work and answers calls from other departments and makes schedules.
She made her way to get something to drink since she feels thirsty. Stretching her arms over while making her way back to her desk.
" It's been a great day today" she said while smiling without any idea that the people inside of her boss office were looking for her and talking about her.
