Saviena POV
"Go find the princess!", said by Lady Avi.
"You can't find me, Lady Avi!" I shout to her while hidding in the cabinet.
"Princess Saviena, where are you? We're not playing hide-and-seek, Princess." She said and I didn't gave her any response.
I lean my head to the cabinet's door to hear their conversation outside.
"The King and Queen will arrive in here soon. They will surely look for Princess Saviena." I heard Lady Avi's voice.
Maybe she's talking to the maids and guards of the palace to look for me.
"We have to find the princess or else the King and Queen will punish us because we lost their precious daughter.", she added.
"I just wanted to play outside the palace. But you guys aren't allow me. I just want to play there without maids and guards with me." I whisper.
I'm sure that they can't hear me.
"Now, go find the princess and bring her here safely.", she commanded. Then I heard a lot of footsteps away from me.
I'm now waiting to make everything in silence. When I heard nothing. I open the cabinet a bit so that I will have a little hole to see the surrounding.
I see no one in the dance hall of my mother. I immediately go outside the cabinet and run to the door.
No one is in the hallway.
"Oh my! They're not here." I said excitedly.
I run immediately to the secret door at the end of the hallway. This is the door I use to sneak outside the palace.
I hide immediately to the big jar beside the door when I see the 3 three guards.
"Princess. Princess Saviena!" I heard them calling my name.
I can't wait longer in here until they'll vanish.
"What to do?" I ask to myself silenty.
I immediately smile when I got an idea.
"I'm here!" I said as I came out from where I'm hidding.
They all face me and run towards me.
"Glad you're here, Princess. We'll bring you back to Lady Avi now.", said by one of the guard.
"Not yet. I want to pick some apple at the backyard. Can you help me?" I ask them.
"As you please, your highness."
I nod as a response and start walking. They are all following me at the back.
When we reach the apple tree of my father, the guard was suppose to climb and get some apple but I stop him.
"Stop!" I said.
"I'll get the apple for you, princess.", he said.
"No."
He's about to speak something when I talk again.
"I'll pick the apple on my own. You'll help me climb the tree." I added.
"But princess...", they all exclaimed.
"No buts." I said and face the apple the tree.
It became hard for me to climb because of my gown.
"Your highness, the King and Queen will get mad to us if we allow you to your wants.", said by one of the guard.
"But I want to get the apple. On. My. Own."
I was about to cry when one of the guard lift me to reach the big trunk of the tree. I stand there while gripping the small trunk beside me to transfer to the other big trunk near the wall.
"Be careful, Princess." I heard them.
I get one apple. I look at them below and give them my playful smile.
"I'll be back later." I said and jump outside the wall.
I'm not afraid to fall. The wall of the palace isn't so high. Besides, the ground that I will fall is full of grasses.
I heard their scream calling my name.
When my feet reach the ground. I happily run to the old park of Hyacinth City.
I'm not afraid to walk outside because it is at the almost end of the city near the palace.
It is old yet a noble park for the Hyacinth people. It is a round shape park with a huge autumn tree at the center. The autumn tree that has a reddish-brown with yellow colors. Hyacinth City are full of those colors the same to autumn tree just like the Jacinth gemstone. Hyacinth City was named after to our Hyacinth Palace in Gemstone Kingdom.
At my young age, I know the history of this park. Since it's a noble place, no one should be here even the royalties like me. It became a noble place because one of the important tree in Gemstone Kingdom was planted in this park. The old beautiful autumn tree.
All people in the city are aware of that rule. The palace didn't put railings to protect the park because it only ruins the beautiful view it gave to the city. The ancient King and Queen implemented that rule to empower fairness between royalties and commoner. To cut the gap between the differences of us and the people.
I reach the park now and it never fails to amaze me like it is my first time to see it again.
I love to see its leaves falling to the ground. As I always do, I'll just sit under the tree and play the leaves.
I spend my little time to rest under this tree and play the satisfying leaves.
It's already dawn, I have to come back home.
I run fast when I suddenly remember that my father and mother will arrive this day from their journey to the other city.
I bow to my knees and get panting when I reach the gate of our palace.
The guards open the gate for me and the two guards are guiding me as I walk inside.
"Princess Saviena!"
I heard Lady Avi's voice towards me.
"Where did you go, your highness? We are all worried about you.", she said while checking my eyes, face, head, arms and back.
I sigh.
"I'm fine, Lady Avi. Stop checking me." I said in a dull tone.
"What happened to you, princess?" She said in shock because of my tone of speaking.
I roll my eyes to her and sigh again.
"I'm tired of running!" I answer her while my both hands are in my waist.
Her eyes widened.
"Who told you to run, your highness?", she said in shock.
She seems can't believe it that I run and got exhausted.
"No one told me. I... I just... I just run because I want to." I said.
"Oh your highness...", she said while trying to aviod from laughing.
"Don't stop it. Go laugh at me. What's funny thou? You old Lady Avi." I said irritatedly.
"Because you're indeed a stubborn kid like your father when he was a little boy.", she said.
I hately look at her while she's smiling at me from ear to ear.
"Prepare the way. The King and Queen are now here."
We heard the loud voice of Mr. Bolzi announcing the coming of my father and mother.
I suddenly feel my heart pump so fast.
"Oh my, they are here." I scarely said in a silent tone.
Lady Avi immedietely grab me to walk toward the door of our entrance.
"Act like you are waiting them here, your highness. Or else, I tell them that you sneaked out again." she whisper to me.
She has a point so I'll follow her this time. I don't want father and mother to punish me.
"Mother! Father!" I call them excitedly.
It seems our daughter misses us so much.", my father speak to mother.
Mother hug me but she immediately pull me away.
"You smell bad, Saviena.", she said.
That made me realize that I smell like the autumn tree, leaves and the grass.
I turn my gaze to Lady Avi, giving her the look of asking for a help.
She just tilted her head and shrug her shoulders.
"Why are you looking her like that, Saviena?" Father King ask.
"I... I just want to look her like that, father." I answer.
I heard Lady Avi stopping herself to laugh loud.
"Let's go inside and talk with our princess." Mother said.
My father carry me first then we walk inside together.
I look at Lady Avi at the back and mouth her these words.
"You're. Fired."
Mother, Father and I proceed to my room.
When we reach there, father put me down while mother is busy at my cabinet.
"Go and take a bath now, princess.", she said while choosing my gown to wear.
She has nothing to think too much on choosing what I wear. It's all the same gold color and style. Only the designs differ.
Mother look at me. "You're stinking.", she added.
I sigh and go to my bathroom.
While taking a bath, I heard my mother's voice.
"You wear the gown I put on your bed. We will wait you at the Grand Hall."
Grand Hall is the place her in the palace where the throne of us are located. It is the hall where we are having celebration with the other royalties. It is where we give our ought and statement and seal the royal scripture of our promises.
