I was standing outside the ICU room, she was behind the curtain. Many emotions were coming out and my tears were not ready to stop. I wished I would have some magic so that I could save her but this would never possible in this cruel world. Why always God against to me and her? Did we have done something to anyone that the things were going on like to us.
With a heavy heart, I went inside and saw her last time clearly so that I could remember her forever. Her eyes were closed and mouth was little open. Her face turned into pale. It was the most horrifying moment of my life. I wished I could reverse the time but imposible.
I sat beside her and placed her hand on my hand and stroke it gently. I wished I could hug her but I couldn't. Even, I didn't know what I was going to do right now maybe was wrong or right but I have to do it. It was for the sake of my children and my lovely wife. She was a best mother for my children. I knew that she would break into pieces but she would handle it as she was my strong and brave wife. And I didn't want her to leave me so early. I had tried so many ways to help her, to help us in this circumstance but failed. I whispered slowly to her.
"We will meet in our next life again as love partner. And we will not suffer like this in next life. In this life, we are two different person to others but we were one soul because we have one heart which we will always realize the presence to us when it's beat. We just need to close our eyes and place our hand to our heart and feel it." he said to her smilingly sadly and had tears in his eyes.
Then, he heard doctor and he said to him.
"It's time now. Come outside." doctor said.
He placed her hand back to her place and kissed on her forehead gently.
"Live for me, for our children. I'm always with you by heart which only beats for you." He said and saw her last time.
She was unconscious but she dreamt like his husband was talking to her and going far away from her. She was telling him not to go but he was just smiling to her and going into white light. She was unable to do anything because her whole body was not moving from her place. She wanted to say something to him but the voice was not coming out from the mouth. She was numb and tears were coming out of her eyes. She wanted to run and held his hands to stop him from walking but she couldn't. Her heart was pounding and paining at the same. Suddenly, the white light turned into a thin air and disappeared...."Are you sure about your decision?" doctor asked because he had never seen this type of couples who could do anything for each other. It was rare for him.
"Yes doctor, I am sure and this is my final decision." he said with so much difficulty because of crying.
"Doctor, Please save her." he said with folded hands.
"I will try my best to save her life." Doctor paused and placed his hand on his shoulder and said.
"You are the world best husband and best dad from my perspective. She is very lucky woman to have such an understanding man." doctor said.
I thought it didn't make any sense from now. Then I went to another room with him.
